The world's largest rooster has just been spotted in Richfield Springs, NY. It was first sighted by a traveler who was on their way to nearby Cooperstown, but the story was then corroborated by Richfield Springs native, Drandon Bawley. This news could not come at a more opportune time, with the dip in the economy taking a serious toll on the village. An unnamed council chamber member has even reported that he voted to remove the second hand from the Town Square Clock in order to save on power. Though this reporter supports the green movement, a Town Square Clock with no second hand is just pathetic.
